Professional Laser Engraving

A formal project proposal is prepared for each client with all of the project details. Once the project is approved, a digital proof is prepared and approved by the client. The devices for the project are sent from the Apple Business Team or Manager to Fusion of Ideas. The DigitalTechToo process begins once we receive the devices. After the project is complete, we will coordinate the delivery of the engraved devices back to Apple or the Client.

  • Phase 1 - Quote

    The client will submit the project specifications through the online submission form or by phone. Fusion of Ideas will then present the project proposal with pricing and timeframe. If client is working directly with Apple, communication will also be sent to the Apple Business Manager.

  • Phase 2 - Submit

    The client chooses or creates a graphic, logo, image or message and sends it to Fusion of Ideas in Adobe .ai or .eps format. Files can be sent via email to digitaltechtoo@fusionofideas.com.

  • Phase 3 - Approval Process

    Fusion of Ideas creates a digital proof of how the final design will look on the device and sends it to client and/or the Apple Business Manager for final approval. The client then approves or provides changes to the design.

  • Phase 4 - Send Devices

    Once the final approval is received, the client or the Apple Business Manager will send the devices to Fusion of Ideas to begin the DigitalTechToo process.

  • Phase 5 - Project Begins

    Fusion of Ideas begins the DigitalTechToo process. The turnaround time depends on the device (iPad, Macbook, iPod, etc.), complexity of the design, quantity, and current workload.

  • Phase 6 - Project Completed

    When the DigitalTechToo process is completed, Fusion of Ideas will notify the client and/or the Apple Business Manager and send a live update including an image of the finished project.

  • Phase 7 - Return Devices

    Fusion of Ideas will then ship all products directly to client or Apple Business Manager. The client can either pre-pay for shipping or provide shipping account number.
